The English Gully operates under HigherEd for All Pvt Ltd, which is the legal entity responsible for all operations, payments, and service delivery.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your transaction is made with HigherEd for All Pvt Ltd.

3. Eligibility

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent)
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Enrollment & Access

• Access to programs is granted only after successful payment
• Session details will be shared via WhatsApp or email
• Batch timings and instructors may be adjusted if required

5. Payments

• All fees must be paid in full before the program begins
• Prices may be updated without prior notice
• Payment confirmation implies acceptance of all terms and policies

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

👉 All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Missed sessions
• Dissatisfaction after enrollment

7. Attendance & Participation

• Regular participation is recommended for best results
• We are not responsible for missed sessions
• Any recordings (if provided) are for personal use only

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain respectful communication
• Not disrupt sessions
• Not misuse the learning platform

Violation may result in removal without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and sessions are the property of HigherEd for All Pvt Ltd.

👉 Unauthorized sharing, recording, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

• Fluency within a fixed timeframe
• Job placements or career outcomes
