Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all programs offered by The English Gully, an initiative of HigherEd for All Pvt Ltd.

1. No Refund Policy

👉 All payments are final and non-refundable

This includes:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend sessions
• Dissatisfaction after joining

No partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Service Clause

Our services are delivered online and are accessible upon enrollment.
Therefore, refunds are not applicable.

3. Payment Entity Clarification

👉 All payments are made to HigherEd for All Pvt Ltd

The English Gully operates as a program under this entity.

4. Batch Transfers (Optional)

At our discretion:

• A one-time batch transfer may be allowed
• Subject to availability

5. Cancellation

• Enrollment cannot be canceled once confirmed
• Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund
